video downloader script not working

hi I recently set up a video downlaoding site using grabthevid script but the youtube downloading function seems to not work.

chek it out clipdl (http://www.clipdl.com)

when I try to download a video an error mesage pops out:

Warning: ereg() [function.ereg (http://clipdl.com/function.ereg)]: REG_EMPTY in /home/user/public_html/clipdl/php/getURL.php on line 10

can anyone help me?

We need to see getURL.php code.

Basically, it is trying to do an ereg with an empty string.
