hello, when i signed in my e-gold i see this

You must enter a Date of Birth
in your Point of Contact data to continue.

I entered my date of birth, it says No such active POC exists.

i cant use my account now, what should i do?

remember my words: egold is going to hell real soon...

your funds are not safe in egold they are blocking accounts to compensate for operational expenses..

dont take my word for it just try to sell your e-gold to any reputable exchanger at less than 25% commission :rolleyes:

LR is much safer to use and wont block your account for no reason.

I continue to use e-gold while, I have no problems..

It is important that this Point of Contact information be correct and up to date.
It is the only way that e-gold Ltd. has of contacting you regarding your account.
Update not accepted. You can try again in a few minutes.

I contacted them they told me that the system is overwhelmed by updating memebers points of contact, the issued is now resloved

well i was getting the same problem and now tis rectrify so welcome back egold
