Does this mean no LINK back to old threads?

I just read one Stickies from B/S/T

and :
Signatures
Allowed: most things
Not allowed: adult sites
Note: linking to vcc sales or stumbles, etc. within the forums is not allowed (i.e. old threads) but linking to external sites is okay.

Does this mean no link back to Old threads??
For example, I have created one thread for one Service in my signature link.
Isn't that allowed anymore???

You can link to a thread of yours so long as the thread is not on one of the services now disallowed such as money exchange, selling vcc, ...
