All i can say is
DO NOT START A THREAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR INFRACTION(S) (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=216611)
DON.

I believe you are reading that wrong. You got the infraction for "bumping" or "running up post count" as your second post did not add any new information to your opening post.

Just PM a moderator
http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showgroups.php
Ask for their advice and how you can avoid such infractions in the future. We wouldn't know for sure what actually transpires. The mods would be in the best position to advise you.

Just took a look into it and you posted:
sent you a pm thanks.
PM SENT.. Thanks
Your oreder is complete and you ad is live. Thanks for your order
In 3 seperate posts in less than an hour time span.
The 3 posts were deleted but if you want we can start we can start a poll as to wether they were deserved. If you win I'll personally remove your infraction(s), if you loose you'll get double.
Question is; do you feel lucky;)
EDIT: I just took a closer look and you only recieved one infraction and 3 warnings, personally I think you got lucky and caught a mod on a good day.

Running up post count/post has no value was probably a mistake. I'm sure they meant to infract you for bumping the thread!

PM sents are considered post of no value...it happens all the but many get a way with it. You were just one who got caught. As Roman stated, it depends on the mod's mood. Just move on and forget about it.
