I will be doing business with a GPT site that allows advertisers to put ads on their website and these ads are there for members of the site to go to the advertisement site, do an action and get paid for it. I'm wondering if anyone knows of an affilate programs or affiliate networks that are pay per lead (or have some PPL offers), allow sign-ups to be "bribed for" (I can't some up with a verb form of incentive), and actually pay?

PLENTY! Vintacore comes to mind, I got a program owner to signup and I love earning those commissions...haha..seriously though some nice offers there.

Commission Junction is the best affiliate program online in my opinion and they allow incentivized offers for many different programs. I'd definitely check it out if you're interested in this type of marketing. They have several incentivized paid survey sites, etc. that work really well with get paid to type marketing. Never heard of Vintacore...but I have a ton of CPA sites in my link at Relative Cash. I run an incentive site and have for a year now and all the networks in my link have paid me.
