Need a scroller similar to the examplesite

I was wondering, if the scrollbar, which i think is js, is it free. Where could i find similar to it. Tried hotscripts.com, but couldn´t find one. If you have
any links, please post them.

Yikes, that page has all of its code/layout mixed together. You're probably better off using scriptaculous or mootools to get a scroller.
