Ok, so in my country ( Romania ) are lot of firms that sell secondary level domains...
Some examples: firm.ro, store.ro, ro.im, co.ro, com.ro and many others!
My question is: What do I have to do to make a SLD?
I already have a domain name which i am willing to use...
The domain name is http://www.xvid.ro
Any help please ?
Thanks in advance!

You need some very robust name servers, and a web interface for purchasing and managing them. If the domain were better I'd offer to do it for a share of the profits.

There should be an option in your webhosting control panel to create subdomains, If there isn't then you need to switch to a host that allows subdomains. A reseller webhosting plan that allows your multiple clients to login would be needed.

It's called "delegation", you can read about it in your DNS server software documentation.

a sld is a secondary level domain ... for example www.something.co.nr
a primary level domain is something like www.something.com ( net, org, info, biz, us, ro and others )

Ah.. I get it now.
Centralnic sells subdomains (ie xxx.us.com, xxx.eu.com...) and allows remote hosting.
Perhaps their FAQ page will help you figure out how they do it.

So you mean a ccTLD in another words?
Isn't www.something.co.nr a 3rd level ccTLD? www.something.nr would've been a 2nd level ccTLD.
