Froogle Inactive But Still Shown

I thought your Froogle listings were supposed to be dropped after a month... Last upload was December 1st, approved December 2nd and they are still live even though in the Merchant Centre it says 'Inactive'.

Is this an exception or the rule?

Can you get away with uploading the exact same feed as last month's?

Yes, You can upload the same feed. If things don't change then just upload that feed every thirty days or so. btw, I have had feeds show for as long as 3 months before going inactive.
