One of my domains will expire in April 2008 .
Right now i m with someone who charges more than 10$ to renew .org domain
Will there be any delay or downtime in my site if i transfer to some other cheaper more better Domain Registrar.

There is nothing like 'best' and 'cheapest' :)
We provide free privacy protection, free domain lock with freezed prices.
You may check our deal at 1WebSitesHostingPromotions.Com (http://www.1websiteshostingpromotions.com/domain.php) and transfer your domain from our website IDNRS.com (http://www.idnrs.com) to us.

IMHO the best best/cheapest registrar is www.Name.com @ $5.99 for transfers. As long as you don't change your hosting at the same time there will be no down time.

This issue about best and cheap is very common here but i agree with the people above
name.com / domainsite.com are my favorite registrars too (both belong to the same company)

You can also look at MyDomain.com, just $6.25 to transfer and register/renewals are $7.61 ($5+ for bulk) using coupon "bargaincat.com"
