24 hour: 25$ Logo + 10$ second Place= 35$ Logo contest...

I need a logo designed for a landscaping company.

The business name is: The Rolling Stone
Tagline is: Landscapes, Lawn & Garden

Some good landscaping logo examples can be found at http://99designs.com/contests/5727

I especially like the ones by onesummer, faya, and ledgendlogo.

You will probably want to incorporate a rolling stone.

Greens and earthy colors will look best. A smooth look, perhaps some type of plant (tree, bush, ect...)

Can't wait to see the designs...

Contest will close in approximately 24 hours. The first place logo will receive 25$ and the second place will receive 10$.

I will be providing feedback on the submitted logos so you will know what I like.

I like it, especially the rolling thread graphic.

I think that the font could be changed. Try to get something perhaps not so smooth with earthy colors.

Can you make it a bit smaller. It is hard to compare it to all the others when it is so much bigger. I think that I like it but I will need to see it as a comparable size to everyone elses.

I really like your first and third one. Is there anyway you could take out the blend of colors in the circle. It will be very hard to print on a shirt with that color change. Just make the background behind the leaf one solid color or leave it white.

I like your design. It has a 70's type feel to it. Could you get rid of the color gradient in the letters? It will make it difficult to put on a shirt. Make the letters a solid color.

I don't think a marijuana leaf is really a good thing to have on a landscaping company business card. Remember, this is a landscaping company, not a magazine company=). I like the design, try it with another object (different type of leaf, tree or rock) and put it on a white background.

Get rid of the shape of the letters. I think it will look better if the letters were all the same size.

If you havent submitted a design up to this point I recommend that you hold off (unless you are already working on it). I will have more of these contests soon so anyone that wants will have the ability to submit requested designs in my contests.

If I need more designs I will state it later on this thread.

If you have already provided a design and would like to modify it feel free.

I will post who the winner is and the second place design hopefully in about 8 hours (there is a possibility that I will not get to it until tomorrow sometime).

I am going to need just a little bit more time until I announce the winner.
