I recently started a website monetization community, Capital Theory (http://www.capitaltheory.com). It's fairly new but I'm wondering what you think of it? How is the layout, colors, content, etc. Any input on it will be helpful.

I don't see coloring...it's all white. I don't see any logos, headers, etc.

they layout is nice and all, just maybe a little too much white, try adding in some more colors.
