worth trading links with this site?

What do look for on a page to determin if it is worth trading links with?
I rec'd a link trade req from a site and my link would be on this page

The site is relevant the page is a pr3.
G does not have a cached copy of this page.
I am a little reluctant to trade links when my link is on a page with a ? in the string.
Can you rule out a site by the q-string if so what do you look for?

The links they give you go through a script called other.asp
When I tried to see their robots.txt file to see if they had that excluded it gave me their front page

Seems fishy, it looks like they're ripping off unsuspecting webmasters. Pretty sleazy operators in my view
