Adsense placement - Advice & Review

Hi

My forum is new (2 weks) and is writen in Portuguese and the target audience is traveling and vacation.

The site is :
http://www.portaldasviagens.com

Can you give me some advices on ad placement?
I place one in the top and onother in the bottom.

Is this a good way to place them? Shoul I place them in other places?

How can I display relevant ads to my audience?
Is there any legal trics i can use to "force" relevat ads?

Is there any way to allways get relevant ads?
Some times i just see a few ads, mainly in the login, search and calendar pages, that are not relevant.

To get more relevant ads, you may want to add more content to the pages in question. With more content it will be easier for Google to deliver more targeted ads.

add adlink unit between different section as long adlink unit . even at present it looks good.
