Edirectory - Hosted solution - Is this normal???

I have been researching edirectory.com for a while now, and its great software. Nothing compares in my mind.

They will provide a download of the software if its purchased out right. I was just told wrong by someone working there.

Problem solved. there was no responses to this, which is why I edited it. Please delete.
