We've recently been through and compiled a list of non-reciprocal, free and SEO friendly blog directories (http://info.vilesilencer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6499)

It's a pretty short list, and we haven't identified PR as our major basis was free and non-reciprocal, whilst also being SEO friendly. :)
