Need Help - site not working properly

Hi, this site krazyjoint.com

is using a script where someone chooses a word and they own the word and it links to their site. I'm not the only one with this script, but I'm having trouble with getting things to work properly. The database installed correctly, but when I go to click on a letter at the top of the page, it shows an error.
Can anyone figure out what I need to do?
I'm somewhat of a newbie.

I'm somewhat of a newbie too - and there are no doubt tons of things I don't know - but should it be linking to 'D.html' ,etc as opposed to just D. That could be the problem - but I could be wrong as you could have something set up where it doesn't show the file extension.

it can be for URL rewrite error. make sure mod-rewrite option is on.
