Refer to this thread (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=721562).

Basically, I'm selling off the entire rights for this eBook. The new owner gets the rights to do ANYTHING HE WANTS with the eBook which includes editing certain sections to his/her liking.

We shall work on choosing a domain name for the site and I shall design a sales page for you myself which comes with a logo designed by me.

Just post your offer or PM it to me if you aren't comfortable posting it here and I'll consider it and get back to you. Each and every offer I receive shall be considered and I'll get back to you ASAP so that your funds aren't tied up pending a response from me.

The eBook has made over 20 sales in a week (Price varied from $7 to $10 per copy). I could have chosen to list this on SitePoint, where the normal practice is 16-17 month revenue for an eBook site. I'd gross myself well over $1K.
I rather chose to list it on DP as I wanted the people here to get a good opportunity especially after receiving such faithful buyers.

Here's what some reputed DP members said about the eBook:

Hey guys, here's my review.
The ebook is straight to the point, there's no fluff. It's well written and details a simple method of making money. I'd seen this method before and I know it works, but Lord Hades taught me some new ways to go about it, and some brilliant discount coupon codes which you shouldn't miss. (The coupon alone makes up for the price of the ebook!)
Nice job, thanks for the review copy!

I was at work so couldnt review quicker.

I quite likes this ebook. its a short PDF and straight to the point. It shows a nice affiliate network where you earn up to $125 for paid signups. A very nice method is given to show how you can get some nice leads.

I shall be considering ALL offers provided they are reasonable. I mean don't offer something like $100 for the whole thing.

If you want a copy of the eBook buy it and if you decide to buy the whole setup we'll deduct the price of the eBook from the total sale amount.

So, to summarize it all:
1) Make your offer, it'll surely be considered.
2) You shall be getting full rights for the eBook.
3) We shall both choose a domain name and I shall setup a sales page for the product and ensure the technicalities like automated delivery etc.

I have set a Buy It Now Price of $500. Just post "SOLD for BIN" and I'll get in touch with you.

Not much interest so I'll lower the BIN to $250.
This is a steep reduction in price.
I've setup a sample sales page and bought a domain to go along with it.
Need to get my hosting setup so can't show the page itself.

If no offers come in for 24 hours then I'm off to SitePoint so this may well be your last chance to get this profit making machine :)

I'm interested in seeing how much potential this ebook has for marketing. If it is an original idea, as some of the reviews in the sales thread suggest, It shouldn't be hard to advertise virally.

I'd like a free copy of the e-book to review before I commit to buying rights to it. If that isn't feasible can I at least have your word on a refund of the price of the e-book should I not be interested in exclusive resale rights?

Just to be clear, I'm not at all interested in utilizing the ebook for myself as much as I am with it's potential to convert into sales.

Are you still selling this eBook? Can you show proof of sales after the screen-shot of the 18th February?
Cheers

How many sales of this ebook have you made since your post if Feb.?

Well, it'd take pretty long to take screenshots of my entire balance and keep copy-pasting it as I have a lot more transactions.
I counted the number of PMs I have received after people paid and I counted 31 people. That makes it around $250 in 17 days.
You can just see the thread itself and count the number of people who bought it.

Here's yet another review:
The eBook is totally awesome and shows us a whole new method. The method has a lot of potential and is definitely easy to setup. I myself setup the entire thing in about 1 hour and the Lord Hades gives us step-by-step instructions so that it becomes super-easy for us to execute his method.
Even if you already know the method, the eBook is still worth it as he gives you brand-new ways to profit from it. I'd definitely recommend that everyone buys this eBook.

I would be keen to know what the eBook is earning in sales at the moment and I would also like to know what it is all about. Could you please PM with the details. It will be much easier to make a decision when I am fully informed :-)

Okay, setup the sales page at last.
www.lazinesspays.com
I'll change the paypal address to that of the buyer's and complete transfer of rights and files once payment is made.

If I don't find a buyer within 7 hours, I'm off to SitePoint PERIOD.

Why do you keep mentioning "sitepoint"

Lord Hades
Mar 8th 2008, 11:03 pm
SitePoint is a marketplace dedicated to sale of websites. I'm sure I'll get a decent price there but sometimes the buyers prove to be a bit shady.

I made 5 sales today itself so that's an additional $35. Sales total around $350 now.
Your getting the resale rights of the eBook + the sales page at www.lazinesspays.com for less than a month's revenue :o (BIN: $200)
