i need a header logo and banner space in header the site will be www.bingo-directory.net right now joomla is uploaded but do not want joomla so you or i can delete it.

You might have a little bit more luck if you throughly explain what you are after.

all I know is you want a site for bingo-directory.com and you don't want joomla. Thats not that much to go off of. Maybe you could add some details, like:

what content you want displayed (pictures, blurbs, paragraphs),
what your target audience will be,
what width you want,
what colors you like,
maybe a quick draft of the layout you want...

if you include some more details then people will start to form ideas, get a mind set, and get excited about it. Thats what sets apart a good contest from a dud. There is plenty more you could add... people running simple $5 logo contests often include more details about what they want then you have for this whole page design contest!!

Just my suggestion, I skipped over this contest the first time because of the lack of detail.

i like crazy4bingo.com layout and i want text to be keywords bingo,bingo portal related just 4 banners use the same ones crazy4bingo.com uses just make main background purple and the center where banners are lavender

yes, when I code it I will change the repetition to the 4 same banners. thats just to give you an idea.
