$70 Logo + a few small buttons contest

I need someone to make me a logo and a few small 16x16 px buttons.

The logo needs to be web2.0 looking, and it should be a thumbs up hand, but with the middle finger sticking out. The logo should be around 250x80.
Something along this size:

As a really bad example, here is what I mean:

It should have the word "Thumbird" somewhere in the logo.

As for the buttons, I need a few 16x16 px buttons. One should be a "thumbs up" icon, and one should be a "middle finger" icon. I also need a 16x16 icon of the actual logo to be used as a favicon.
