URGENT Logo Contest 50$ reward

Need your help urgently guys and girls, I have a web client who is unhappy with the logo designs their graphic designer has come up with.

50$ will be sent via paypal to the winner, this needs to be done and dusted by next week!

Here is the brief:

COMPANY SERVICES
Cromwell Hardy Recruitment
Cromwell Hardy Sales
Cromwell Hardy Administration
Cromwell Hardy Vetting

1. What is the exact text you would like to see on the logo (including any taglines)?
Cromwell Hardy Group
and probably CHG initialls as part of the logo with the full name written next to it!

2. Have you any colour, font, shape or any other general specifications / ideas?
Royal Blue and the blues as per the website. (see design below)


We are looking for a logo that can say we are professional, vibrant, established, trustworthy, reliable, leaders, dynamic, corporate, quintessentially British as the name suggests.
We've not really seen a logo that we find totally striking as yet but we do like:

- Burgis and Bullock (accountants)
- Ernst & Young
- MBNA Platinum
- Michael Page International

a good first effort thanks, i think something thats simple easily recognisable like the MBNA logo would be a winner, more efforts pls folks :)
