OK. I need to scale back on focus on other projects. Plus I need funds to develop these other projects so I have a few things to unload:

The first two sites were recently featured in an article posted on 180+ websites. This is where the PR probably came from. It did not generate much traffic yet but as the article get around it should.

Edit: I'll provide one month cPanel hosting on either of the PR5 sites. Beyond that if you want to continue $5/month.

I recently put up banners for adult advertising (no revenue yet). Site has a nice banner and logo but needs a little design work outside of that in my opinion . And in the interest of full disclosure someone wanted traffic stats on Adult site and when I looked it was ~800 per month. Any bidder is welcome to retract bid.

Bit of a bummer there is a landrush on the .eu domain at the minute. Buy a website or try to grab as much .eu domain space as possible. Terrible choice to have to make.
