I am also looking to buy some bulk domain names arround 100. If you find a good offer please let me know :) The best offer till now that i have found is resellerclub.com .Maybe you should check also the prices for the second year of registration. Do not buy with 5$ for the first year and the second year you will have to pay 12$. Registrars with reputation is the best choice.
