Buy with verified Paypal but without credit card

Hi Guys. I want to buy a domain name form godaddy/namecheap. I'm having a verified paypal account but the cc got expired! Can I buy domain name with this account? And yeah...which one is better,Goddy or namecheap? Thanks

If you have your bank account added at Paypal, you can buy.

Bank account? I'm from India BTW! Is that needed for paypal in India? I'll surely add it if needed to!

Yes, I am also from India and have added AXIS.
There are many other Bank on list also :)

you can buy form paypal..namecheap accepts paypal..but for that you have to first transfer money from your paypal to namecheap acct..then you can buy your domain..

you can buy domains using paypal , once your paypal gets verified it doesnt matter if you attach your CC or if it gets expired
