Shawn, could you possibly add a feature to send an automatic thank you email (or ecard) to each customer each year on their anniversary date based on their establish date?
It could be as easy as having a letter available with an auto task, or an integrated ecard or something like that. It shows an extra level of professionalism to acknowledge customer loyalty, and in addition to that, it would be nice to have a birthday field in their account to do the same with a birthday ecard or eletter just to show them we care about them. It seems like a simple thing that could make a big difference in how our customers are treated....you know, extra special :)
