I have recently launched a free web directory. Here is the url

I have not much of promotion yet. I am going to start promotion only from Feb-25th. before that I need your review and suggestion for my directory theme, look, etc.,

if not ripped its definitely inspired from it LOL!!!
you may wanna change it :D .

If not it is a nice theme , good amount of categories and subcategories.

I have some issues with your icons.

Your home page uses a computer screen icon. Why would that indicate a home page? I think computers here.
Your submit page has a clipboard icon. Why would that indicate submitting something? I think survey here.
Your latest inclusion page shows what appears o be a Wii? I think video games here.
Your links page shows an ipod? What is up with that?
Your about page shows a screen with an upside down excamation point. Were your drinking when you did this?:)
I understand the email me icon. You might want to change the submit button to something else besides continue, like "Send Message" or something.

Not trying to be abusive, but I really want to get the point across here. This is why usability experts suggest using text instead of images when linking. Images are ok to use, but they should be very clear. We all know a picture is worth a 1,000 words, but what does your ipod icon say? It for sure doesn't indicate popular links.

Thanks very much, you got the point straight forward. Icons does convey a wrong message in this context. I will try to change them by Feb-25th. Thanks again for pointing out the errors accurately.

It looks nice, the page load is a bit slow though. One thing I dislike about this script is choosing a category on the submission page, it's really annoying.
