Its first loading little bit slow, and the design of header is really not that good , but its OK

Very slow loading. Simplify the header and work on your logo. It show incule the actual name of your domain. Also, consider not havingt he video play automatically, allow your visitor to play if they want to.

Well your websites content is wide ranged but the design limits it.

First of all you should start off doing your template from the start , may be use a premade template .

Another suggestion is that you should limit the media player alteast on the index because as a visitor i personally didnt feel right that the media player started loading automatically and something started. So many people would feel similar too. My suggestion is that you do something like your tube , let the visitors click play.
