How Do I imporve my PR and placement in google.com and google.co.uk

I am ranking good in google.ca but how do I improve my ranking in google.com and google.co.uk. In other words why I am not ranking the same in all google sites? what effect this ranking?

I presume your site is canadian, right?
Google ca ranks sites that are of use to people in Canada, if you want to increase your ranking on international sites, you need your pages to have good internationally valuable content (Y)
And you maybe could do with some backlinks too ;)

Your site ranks based on the topic which is relevant to that location. Try building links with sites that have the .co.uk domain to increase your ranking in Google.co.uk. Sometimes, good keyword placement is all that it takes for your site to rank well in all Google searches be it in the UK or Canada.
