Interesting article showing that three ex-Google employees have set up "How To" video site: http://www.howcast.com/

Story:http://www.marketingvox.com/archives/2008/02/07/ex-googlers-launch-howcast-instructional-video-site/?camp=newsletter&src=mv&type=textlink

You can also get paid for producing a video and share in the advertising revenue.

A nice design and a nice concept. A little strange thought that they were allowed to create a site like this as former google employees. In the company i work in i am not allowed to start business that compete against my former employee within a certain time (1 year in most cases).
