Where to go with $500 for no-follow osteoporosis links?

Basically, as a gift, I want to get my mom a paid link (or links) to her new osteoporosis blog. I'm only interested in bringing her new quality interested readers. Shes not interested in money as she has no ads on her site and doesnt plan to, but she writes every day with some real quality articles.
