I have a rate me site, designed around I-Rater Platinum
the domain is ukbums.com, this was appraised at $5000 - $7000 with no site

It charges £10 (approx $17) per sign up
since august 2005 there has been 164 sign ups however the first 50 were given free so giving me a revenue income of £1140 (approx $1938)
it gets around 300 uniques per day with no work needed to run it if necessary

It is set up to accept paypal, however can easily have 2checkout added just by adding your merchant number in the admin section.

It had a PR of 2 until I changed the design after which it went to 0, however it has a predicted PR of 4

The site gets a lot of search engine hits, with the keywords nice bums uk giving you a number one position on google.

For the lucky buyer, I will also throw in 1.5million visits (purchased targetted traffic) .. to give you an idea 0.1% sign up rate would give you £15000 instant income (approx $25,500)

I am not looking for time wasters on this as I need the cash.

I have done the life of the site, it basically shows how I built it up and when I ran out of cash .. remembering that I have other sites which have to take priority, inc pinklinkz.com, and postyourpartner.com as well as bladehost.net, which is where i make my living

Basically I am going to use the cash from the sale, to buy the 1.5 million visitors from hit factories, and what ever is left is what I am taking myself for the sale of the site.

There is also a link on my other sites which exchanges traffic so even if no other advertising is done, as long as the links remain reciprocal, the traffic should never dry up

just had a PM why I stopped buying traffic
basically I went Bankrupt last August and lost my bank account. I have been using paypal with the site but paypal decided that they would cease my funds until I verified my account with my bank details, hence no longer able to buy traffic.

I work for Bladehost, so my hosting come from there, as for traffic it will be spread around a few companies so as to get a wider selection of visitors other than the same 100,000 coming back every day for 2 weeks if you know what I mean

There is no current bid, however I wont just accept any low bid because of the price of the traffic if you visit http://trafficcircuit.com/packages.php?px=0 you will see the price of targetted adult traffic for that amount of traffic comes to $3546 and that is a reletively cheap company compared to some for targetted traffic

quick question. your site has a one time sign up fee. So can you confirm that you have no set monthly income for that site?

Also, do you have any proof that the models/persons featured are real submissions and not taken of some porn site?

The sign up fee is a one off for new members. All models are genuine. As a member you can interact with everyone.

There is a part of the site that I haven't updated for a month or so called Bums eXtra, there is a flashchat in there where a few regularly congregate.
Also look at the forums for posts. as they get used occasionally. Also all profiles state when the last time the person logged in. Every person on the site is genuine. A lot came from a stint of advertising on uboot, myspace and faceparty. I hope this has cleared this up for you as much as an explanation can.

This is a legitimate chance and offer

If I had the cash I would push it myself and keep the profits, but I need cash, its like a catch 22, you need cash to be able to generate cash. I would use the cash from the sale to push the traffic to the site. The remainder of the cash would push traffic at another one of my sites. That way I lose UKBums but I have an equally sucessfull site of my own making money.

I would take a lower price, but that would effect the amount of traffic put back into the site after the sale.

I might even be interested in a partnership deal from an investor

All the best in your sale. I've tried to sell my adult Rate Me site earlier for a lot less and with a lot more members but with no success.

You might want to check the rules of paypal because if they know you are running an adult site using them as one of the payment providers, they will freeze your money and shut your account as it is againsts their rules. I believe the same thing with 2checkout.

I don't think you impress a lot of wealthy webmasters with a "hits" graph. As it says in the Urchin description, hits are the number of succesful http requests. This means that one visitor creates at least 10 hits just by looking at your frontpage.

Who is your provider? Are you promoting US Phone Sex services? I understand that the US have many charge backs, which is the main reason I stick to services for the UK market.

On one site last month, I generated £588 with 2377 uniques, which works out at 0.24 per visitor. Not sure how these results are compared to yours?
