I can't open your site (don't know why) secondly I am not sure I understand what you mean, are you having a lot of impressions but only few clicks on adwords or are you having a lot of clicks on adwords but few clicks on your affiliate/sales/order (whatever it is) link?

i think your are talking about your adsense CTR, not adwords ads. you should post this in the adsense forum
