copying adgroups from one account to another

anyone know an efficient or quick way to do this?

also, how about dragging and dropping full campaigns from one account to another. you cant have to separate instances of adwords open, so how would you do this?

Use Adwords editor, all you need to do is copy the adwords adgroups CTRL+C and select the campaign in which you need to place and paste CTRL + V

yes you can copy and then open the other account and push paste, but sometimes thats too much data and freezes your computer so you can export the campaign and then import it to the new account.
