i need a a logo/favicon/watermark designed for my website

here are some details of logo
size : 287x62, to be placed on top left

text : url of website which you visit from above link without http or www
my site currently offers four colors for visitors , i need logo for blue color
it would be nice if you could add a celeb or any character in place of any alphabet ,
looking for web2.0 kinda logo

whosoever wins it will have to provide a 16x16 favicon.ico image also , same as the logo
