Hello guys,
After I followed a link that gave me $50 credit after I signed up and verified my adwords account with a VCC , I get this error and I don't know why.
Why I have to pay additional fund?

Well you spent all the $50, that is.

I suggest you get a real credit card... I can't imagine doing PPC advertising without one.. it's a pain in the ass and a waste of time

I just created the account,so I spend nothing. also my campaign suspended because of this error.

You shouldn't not use VCC for Adwords. Use a real card.

That's weird... maybe you can try funding a small amount.. or just contact support

to answer to your post I never created an adwords account, and I got this error exactly after I entered the billing info.

It seems Google has banned all VCCs (or atleast they have now way to track them). So maybe that's the problem. It happend couple days a go and now it seems they are renewing system so you have to prepay more.
