is it possible to have a thread deleted?

I am wanting a thread of mine deleted, is this a possibility? There hasn't been any replies to the thread, I am just wanting to get rid of it.

I have reported the thread a few days ago asking for it to be deleted but it is still here. Is there something else I can do? Thanks
