$50 logo contest

I would like a logo designed for a new website development.

Eventbed is a new and exciting community website which enables event attendees to find suitable accommodation close to the event they are attending.

The competition will run until I have seen a suitable logo. We are looking for something high class, web2.0 with the name eventbed - colours are either greens, blues, oranges or yellows with perhaps a play on a bed in an arena or something to that effect.

Famous landmarks like the O2, the sydney opera house or wembley can be incorporated - preferred abstract if you choose this.

Thanks for the submission - I like the font, and also the catchline. Can we try it with more colours - see the colour palettes I've posted?

Can we make the background less busy? it may be more versatile on a white background?

@ GnSCD - Love the colours of the word but no so keen on the superbowl graphic - it doesn't look like it is fitting. Can you try it with the opera house? - Or another abstract graphic of event places?

@Strommy - It looks abit flat, and the colosseum is abit old - can we update it with a more recent event place?

@coolwanz - I love all the versions and mockups, also love the catchline, can we make the catchline in another font that is'nt brush script?
The lines above the dome, can we arrange them abstractly to look like the opera house? - See GnSCD's attempt at the opera house.

To everyone - quality submissions so far, very good indeed, please keep them coming - this competition is still anyones game!

Thanks for the submission - I do like the colours but the clipart is abit to childish for our site, also the spotlights on the bed indicated that the users won't really get a good nights sleep.

@ all - unfortunately the sydney opera house is a copyrighted building and we will not be able to use it even as an abstract . Could everyone who has used this in their submissions please reconsider and using something else?
