See: Advanced Formatting Mode in Wordpress Tutorial (http://www.bloggertoblogger.com/index.php/topic,23.0.html)

You need button 2 - the 'paste from word' feature.
Hope this helped!

Pasting from MS Word into the visual editor on WordPress can really screw up your blog. So can copying from another website. If you are doing it just for spell check then just paste the text from Word into the code editor. I get this problem/question from half the people I install WordPress for, more here: My WordPress Blog is Broken (http://www.wordpressmax.com/wordpress-guide/broken-blog)

I always just post it into the code editor, that way it will have the same font size as usual.

Veej Your tutorial is a past WP version. The new has a different interface now and I think that in order to set font sizes and styles you need to type in the code. Unless I have missed something and that there is a another way. I think with the new version of WP there is just the Code screen and no visual.
