ClickBank - Country Not Supported

Hi, not sure if this has been asked before.
But how do we join as an affiliate of ClickBank if we stay in a country that's not listed?

Is there any way?
Let's say I do have a US bank account, but how does that help? Coz the registration page still requires your address to send cheques to...

if you have a US bank account then just use some post address forwarding service to get a US address
