You can't really do anything about it. Mail paypal and tell them to freeze your account or something if you have something in it ( but knowing paypal, once they free it they're not going to unfreeze it after that).

Well there must be a place you keep all your passwords if both accounts were hacked. First, figure that out and secure it. Next contact both comapnies and let them know your accounts werer hacked. You will need to provide your bank account and credit card info to paypal to verify the account is yours. As far as yahoo, I am not sure you can do much. It is hard to prove ownership of that. Make sure you change anything that you use that email for.

Contact paypal and say the TRUTH and tell them that your paypal "email" was hacked and that you wish to change it. Just verify your cc / bank and you should be set.

Also dont use a yahoo email.. try to use your own blah@yourdomain.com. That way its easier to manage and also there are a lot of yahoo password crackers out there and bs like that..

He has a keylogger on your computer that is why he did it again.......download some good spyware remover and get it out then change everything (you could also just run a fresh copy of your os)

I think there is some kind of spyware in ur PC, and the hacker is somehow tracking ur key strokes etc.

install a firewall, + run a virus and spyware scan too

don't use passwords such as;

password
123456
qwerty

etc...chances are your account got cracked by some 12 year old kid randomly running a yahoo cracker if you used an easy password. However, if you pw was something like h3ll0a11 then you got infected with something dirty.

Ouch... this looks bad... Get a friend of yours to log into paypal and change the password. That's quicker then finding the thing on your pc that he's using to get your passwords :P Let your friend get your cash back and then start dealing with the hacker...
