i have a paypal au account, but i'm sure the terms would be the same for paypal.com..
you can sign up 10 email addy's to the one paypal account..

so all monies get directed to 1 account ..but you can tell 10 different people or use 10 different emails on for example 10 different websites for different reasons.

these email addy's you use aren't locked in and you can remove and edit them too.

hope that helps.

You can have 1 personal and one premier/business account that is according to Paypal's own terms.

Yes you can have more than one email address on one account, but you can only actually have two Paypal accounts, any more and they tend to shut them all down.

No fees if you transfer from the Premier/Business accounts to your Personal account however there would be fees if you transfer from your personal to your premier/business accounts.

However make sure that you do not transfer too much money at one go.

I guess there must be monthly fee for Premier/Business accounts ? And what kind of account do I have to have if I am going to accept money online from a my websites by proving some service ? Can I have personal account to run a website and accept payments ?

There is no monthly fee for Premier/Business accounts. You can accept Credit Card payments with Business or Premier accounts without limitations. With a personal account you can only accept 3 Credit Card payments before you will be forced to upgrade to continue accepting Credit Cards.

A personal account is not really suitable for a website as you are limited to how many credit card payments you can accept.

The only major difference between business/premier and personal accounts is the fees you are charged and the amount of credit card payments you can accept.

As the name suggested, a Personal account is for the personal individual and not one who do business and thus it is free to use. But if you plan to receive money by doing business through Paypal then you need a Premier or Business account. The difference between a business and a premier account is that the Business account is for anyone who has a registered company with a bank account in the company's name.

There is no monthly fees for Premier or Business account but there is a fee for each incoming funds you receive. However it allows you to do business with your paypal account.

You can risk your account by using a personal account for business but just be prepared to get your account monitored and limited in time to come.

Can I sell with a Personal account?

No. Personal accounts are for personal use. You can use a Personal account to send money to friends and relatives (e.g., to split a restaurant tab) and to purchase items online when PayPal is offered. If you earn money by selling items online, you should use a Premier or Business account.

If you cannot register a company then a Premier account would do.

One Personal + One (Premier or Business) accounts. But you must have different email address and different credit card number per account. Just have a single Premier account would do anyways.

is paypal account can use local currency or not?

Paypal supports 16 local currency balances. If yours is one of the currency, you can get people to pay you in your local currrency however the payer will bare the conversion fees.

However if you are asking if you can use your local credit card to fund your paypal purchases, the answer is Yes. Basically you will be given a choice of having Paypal convert to your local currency to the currency you are paying or you can have your credit card billed in US$ and your bank does the conversion.

What is the difference of a personal with a premier account?

In theory, the personal account as the name suggest is for the private individual typically one who basically spends money while the premier account is for the private individual who basically earns/receive money.

Think of it as a Personal account as a Customer and the Premier Account as the casual weekend seller.

The Personal account has limits in terms of the amount of money you can receive and limited to up to 5 credit card receipt a year while the premier account has no such limits. Since the personal account is not supposed to be for making money, there is no fees from paypal balance transfer but high fees for credit card payments and the premier account is for casual business, there are fees for each payment receipt you receive. The fees are small and they are there in order to ensure that Paypal can pay their bills and be around in the forseeable future so that you can make use of their services.

This is definitely against TOS. Your client must be definitely up to no good. It not something to be proud about being associated to.
