Google Data centers Down ?

Hi all,
I found in many tools which shows me today that Google's some of the data centers are down.
More than this my PR 4 site was not having any PR in Google tool bar also.
Some time G tool bar shows PR and some time doesn't.
couple of my pages were having 3 PR and right now those having No info.
What is the reason behind it?
Is it crucial situation or update or PR?
Is there any one facing the same problem?
Please let me know regarding the same.

you never know, there was a similar update in mid Jan

That before the update in late of October, and than mid jan, means it took 2 and half months for update,
and now
Mid jan to almost we can say mid feb.
Only 1 month for PR update?
This is so not a way giving PR by Google.

This is not call update as it took less than a month, there might be other reason behind it.

yeah i am thinking the same.
Google will lose it's market reputation if this is the latest update of PR.
But what could be the other reasons.

I too, have more or less a similar problem, I have disappeared from serps just after midnight (in french time gmt +1). With no effect about the page rank wich is still the same.

Hi dear,
I haven't yet seen that any of my targeted keyword goes down the position.
If you want to check your keyword position in every data centers than use tool i have mentioned here.
