If Yahoo is sold to microsoft

I have been reading , like everyone else about Microsoft's offer and Yahoo's stances following that etc . I know the decision yet is not made , but while it is still underway , I made this Poll .... check it and have your say as to which Yahoo service will stay and which could / should get re-branded by MS , if they do take over . :)

I think this could be a very beneficial thing for webmasters like us who may be getting screwed by Google. I wrote about it last night on my blog (http://www.dormearning.com/what-i-think-of-microsoft-buying-yahoo/). With more competition, it means more success. I hope Yahoo! agrees.

Firstly google captures 80%:eek: of search on internet where as yahoo 16% and microsoft4% :D. Would that 20% make any difference to google.. And saying about the deal as far my idea and knowledge goes i think its an wrong deal with no gains for the investment..
Lets see what happens between the tigers on technology:p

Yup, I agree. But it would be hard to even slightly change googles success or monopoly and domination in the business, in any case.

the yahoo-microsoft seacrh traffic would likely spike at first as people try the new combo search, but would tail off as people realize it is still the same old outdated algorithm...
