I like the font, the article headers are huge. You should make them smaller about 14-18px.
It's a bit plain though try mixing and matching colors.

Thanks for the response ali. I have remove the header and moved to more simpler theme... I have reduced the font size of headers. Now I am looking for advice to make this theme look more appealing ..

That header needs alot of work - it is way too plain. there is also too much blank white space in the design

I'm viewing your blog in Firefox and really like the clean, fresh design. I would, however, go bolder with the header. There's nothing there that grabs my attention.

what should header look like?

Do you have a concrete definition of your target market? For instance, do you know their 1) age range, 2) sex, 3) hobbies, 4) income level, 5) what magazines they read, etc.? I do believe that's your first step, and will make your overall marketing a breeze once you've defined your market.

That being said, if your market is 20-somethings, males, who enjoy gaming (etc.), you'll more easily be able to determine what type of header will appeal to them. If you don't, visit professional sites who also target your market (and who have spent TONS of money testing) to get a feel for what your site should look like. Don't copy - be inspired!
