Making a Ballon Shot Game

I am developing a Ballon Shotting game in TC3.
I face some troubbles that i cannot move my Bow when my Brike is falling.
And my Bow and Arrow are alaways fluctuating.
What can i do?
Can anyone help me ?

Hmmm:cool: you are learning TC3??? :(There are so many high quality graphics programming language, why are you developing a program in TC.:confused: But if you need help please post the code.
I think you used clrscr() in the program so it fluctuates.:eek:
