Making online payments

Hi

I want to buy some stuff from PlayAsia. I don't have a credit card, but do have a debit card, and an ICICI Bank account. My debit card does not work with paypal. Is there anyway I can transfer funds from my ICICI account to paypal account, and then make the online payment through paypal?

If you are referring to http://www.play-asia.com then they also accept Moneybookers. Why not start an account then send them money through your bank account to Moneybookers and use that to pay play-asia.
