I requested a Directone Australia bank transfer feature about a year ago.
After a marathon of emails to CCAuthorize (wayne) the requested files have been sent to optigold support (about 3 months ago).

-QUESTION-
When is the next release of Optigold and are you 100% that the Directone/CCAuthorize feature will be included?

P.S. I have emailed support with this question with no reply about 1 month ago.

I have not received any CCAuthorize version with it in it from AcmeTech. Once we do, it can be put in immediately.

I can't believe your serious Shawn

I have personally spoken to you on an number of occasions over the last year plus Wayne has emailed the new CCAuthorise to support then when it wasn't put into the last update (5 Nov) He emailed you personally (CC to me)
with the file.

Are you telling me you can't remember this?

Do you know the subject of the email? Maybe it was picked up by a spam filter or something.

I can. I was speaking to the sales department(Juli), and asked about support for Eway. They asked for the API info, which I sent, twice. I made it clear that I wanted to purchase Optigold, and would do so as soon as they could confirm that Eway can be made to work with Opti. I even asked how much would they charge if it was a difficult Job.

2 emails, no responses.

We will be purchasing our new billing system within the next week, and I'll tell you at least the makers of Emerald reply to their pre-sales questions, and are willing to make their software work with whatever gateway I need.

Shame really, I would have preferred to keep Optigold.
