How to improve speed of this JS photo gallery?

What improvements can I make so the images will load faster on the gallery portion of my page:

Faster? The images loaded fine for me, rather quick, and your using thumbnails so there isn't much you can do, except have less of them. . .
Though you could buy an OC48 connection for your server, that might speed things up :p
