Noob needs help running script ...

So I am an internet noob but trying to learn. However I am stuck.

I have a script for my new site but I cant get it working. I have multiple domains in a single account with my host. Apparently my host Co has setup a redirect for the new domain to a folder inside the public_html directory. I have loaded all the folders into the public_html/new site folder.

My instructions state : "Run http://yoursite.com/install/index.php"

I assume this means to type this into the url of my browser and the script executes ? When I do this I get a http 404 page not found error. :(

Any advice ?

Yup. I think its the redirect that is messing with all this I just cant figure my way around it.

Replace http://yoursite.com/install/index.php
with http://<your_actual_domain>.com/install/index.php
