Has someone used Fireform extension https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3193 for directory submission?

I have not, but I don't think it would work well.. that doesn't look like that what it's designed to do.

There are programs specifically designed for directory submissions. One of them is called directory submitter which is free to download.
