Can you limit PM's for new users in vbulletin?

Hello,

Is there a way to set the private messaging option so new users need a certain number of posts before they can send a PM?

AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Add New Usergroup

Create a usergroup named 'Active Members'.
Copy all the permissions from the 'Registered Users' usergroup.

Now disable the Private messaging permissions from the Registered Users usergroup.

Last step:

Create a 'Promotion' (AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Promotions) so that whenever a user gets x no. of posts,
his account gets upgraded to the 'Active Members' usergroup.
